I purchased the Bamboo Blocker and it works so well in my home. It is light weight, well made and gives privacy (unlike some of the pricier, heavier options at other stores). My only regret is that I didn’t buy two more!
On a personal note, I got to meet the owner of this company and tour the Dog Quality facility. I even got to see a few prototypes that she is working on right now, and they are very exciting! What a fantastic human being she is and what an exciting future she has in store for us.
This is just what I was searching for to keep my Yorkie from barking at everyone that walked by the front door! Perfect size and excellent customer service!
I am definitely repurposing this item as a privacy panel. I would suggest to make it more durable, spray paint it, then add spray shellac/varnish. This would add a layer of protection as a dog gate.
I use my new Bamboo Blocker at the bottom of the stairs. It works fine for my two toy poodles. It is easy to move when I want to move it. It is quite nice looking. While I haven't adjusted the width yet I like that feature and will do that. It's a great company in my experience.
The bamboo blocker is just what I needed to block access to stairs, when needed, or to another room. It folds up so it doesn't take much space, which I appreciate, and the wood makes it look just fine in any room. My maltese isn't sure she likes the barrier though!
